路透调查显示，预计2019年布伦特原油均价为76.88美元/桶，高于9月预估的73.75美元/桶，2018年均价料为74.48美元/桶，今年迄今平均价格为73.57美元/桶。总体而言，2019年全球原油需求料增加110-150万桶/日。因美国制裁伊朗影响石油供应，油价料维持在75美元/桶上方，但进一步上涨的空间可能受限，经济学家和分析师预计贸易战和经济疲弱可能导致明年原油需求增长放缓。
