预计欧央行将于明年9月开始加息

6月份欧洲央行对净资产购买和加息指引作出重大调整，调整内容在预期之中，但时机出乎市场意料。接下来很长一段时间欧央行应不会再有较大举动，但一些存疑内容仍待阐释，如“2019年夏季加息”到底是晚至2019年10月24日，还是早至7月25日。而我行维持欧洲央行至2019年9月将加息15基点，至2019年第四季度将再度加息10基点的预期。
