EIA短期能源展望报告将2018年全球原油需求增速预期上调2万桶/日至154万桶/日;将2019年全球原油需求增速预期上调8万桶/日至152万桶/日。EIA还预计2019年WTI均价为54.19美元/桶，较上月预期减少了10.66美元;预计布伦特均价为61美元/桶，较上次预期减少了10.92美元。
