FXTM研究分析师Lukman Otunuga：受避险情绪以及对供应过剩和原油需求疲弱的担忧影响，油价遭受新一波抛盘压力。在石油输出国组织(OPEC和俄罗斯同意将日产量削减120万桶之后，市场仍难以找到石油市场再平衡的迹象，同时全球经济增长担忧加剧了需求下降的担忧，原油价格从基本面来看依然看空。而从技术面来看，WTI原油在日线图和周线图上也都严重看空。
兴业投资：日图MA14和MA20继续偏向下行,保利加通道口逐步敞开,慢步随机指标继续在超卖区域徘徊。
